Arrived to a surprise upgrade with a choice of two fantastic apartments. Both were in great locations and we were able to check in early. A truly pleasant surprise!
The promised free parking was not available and we had to rely on street parking during restricted hours. The check-in process was also a bit of a hassle, with a missing key box and difficulties contacting the property.
